Format check

Check if the email address is RFC822 / RFC2822 compliant.

Disposable check

Determine if the email address is associated with a disposable or temporary email service (e.g. mailinator, 10minutemail).

Free email provider check

Determine if the email address is from a free email service provider (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com)

Role email check

A role email is an address that is typically pointing at a function (e.g. '[email protected]', '[email protected]') instead of an individual.

SMTP and MX record check

SMTP and MX records need to be set up correctly in order for an email server to receive and send emails.

Junk user check

Check if the email contains abusive language or a known combination of letters or numbers (eg. asasasasd, asasasa).

Known spammers check

Check if the email address is part of the list of known spammers reported to the community.

Top level domain check

Every email address must contain a top level domain (TLD) and this top level domain must be valid in case this email really exists.
